Placement records
Every person on this page completed a TECHTONIC LAB programme and agreed in writing to be named. We publish records rather than a headline percentage, because a percentage cannot be checked and a name can.
Alumni
A consented sample of our most recent placements — programme, role and batch for each. Where an employer is shown, that alumnus agreed to us naming it too.

A factual claim about where our students ended up — not a partnership claim, and not a logo wall.

where our alumni currently work
Only companies where a TECHTONIC LAB alumnus works are listed here. We do not display the logo of any company we have no named alumnus at, and we make no claim of formal partnership with any employer listed.
The process
Set out in full so nobody enrols on a misunderstanding. This is a real amount of work, and it is also not a job offer.
Your four projects are reviewed and rewritten until they are defensible. Weak work does not go out with our name attached to it.
A line-by-line rebuild against the roles you are actually applying for, not a template.
Live rounds with industry-expert interviewers who still hire for these roles, with written feedback after each — never a recorded, scripted exercise.
We put your profile in front of hiring contacts where the match is real. We will not spray it at everyone.
In their words
Shared with consent. Individual results vary.
I came in from a commerce background and had never written a line of SQL. The Excel-first sequence meant I was building dashboards by week six instead of being lost in Python on day one.
Neha Deshmukh
Data Analyst
Getting my own S/4HANA login in week two changed everything. Configuring a company code myself is what I actually talked about in my interview.
Ayush Sorte
SAP FICO Consultant
The mock interviews were harder than the real one. Three live rounds with written feedback, and by the third I had stopped rambling.
Utkarsh Paliwal
Data Analyst
I was already raising purchase orders at work without understanding what sat behind the screen. Learning the configuration side is what moved me from end user to consultant.
Avinash Bawane
SAP MM Consultant
Weekend batches meant I never had to leave my job while I trained. Same faculty, same server access, same syllabus as the weekday batch.
Dhanashree Bhoj
SAP MM Consultant
From a B.Com background I had never touched an ERP. Running the full procurement cycle myself on the live server — release strategy, pricing procedure, the lot — is what I could actually walk an interviewer through.

FAQ
Including the ones institutes usually avoid answering plainly.
No. TECHTONIC LAB provides placement assistance, not a placement guarantee. That means a resume and LinkedIn rebuild, three live mock interviews with written feedback, aptitude practice and referrals to hiring contacts. Any institute promising a guaranteed job or an assured salary should be treated with caution.
We have trained and placed 200+ students across our programmes since 2021. On this page we publish a named, consented sample of those alumni that anyone can verify, rather than relying on the headline number alone — so you see both the scale and the checkable detail.
A line-by-line resume rebuild, LinkedIn optimisation, three live mock interviews with written feedback, aptitude and case practice, salary-negotiation coaching, and active referral of your profile to hiring contacts where your project work matches the role.
Yes. Placement preparation and referral are offered to learners who complete the programme including the corporate grooming month, and who maintain the attendance set out in our terms of service. The support is real work on our side, so we ask you to finish yours.
No. We ask for your consent before each introduction, and we name you on this page only if you agree in writing. You can ask to be removed at any time and we will take the entry down.
We list only companies where a named alumnus of ours actually works. We do not display the logo of any company we have no named alumnus at, and we make no claim of formal partnership with any employer listed on this site.
Ask what happened to the last batch. Ask to speak to an alumnus. Both are fair questions and we would rather you asked them now than afterwards.
